In an effort to build a sustainability-oriented work culture, the Company has developed a sustainability culture that encompasses environmental and social aspects while applying sustainable financial principles. This initiative aims to raise awareness at all levels of the organization so that every individual is responsible for environmental and social challenges, while also creating economic benefits through operational efficiency.
The Company has also internalized the sustainability culture across all levels of the organization, from staff to management. Throughout 2024, various initiatives were carried out to strengthen this culture, including:
Committing to a paper-saving (paperless) initiative by distributing procedural documents in soft copy via the Company’s Procedure Portal.
Enhancing electricity efficiency by using energy-saving LED lights and turning off electricity when not in use.

Natural Environment
Factory Greening Program
The Company consistently shows concern for the environment, particularly by enhancing greenery to reduce CO? emissions in and around the factory area.
The Company undertakes greening activities both within and outside the factory area, including:
Tree planting within factory premises.
Biodiversity conservation efforts, especially to protect the ecosystem and flora-fauna habitats around the operational area. These efforts have had a positive impact, such as the return of bird species to the factory area, which were previously rare or unseen. The Company is committed to planting trees beyond its operational areas as part of its biodiversity and sustainable environmental management strategy.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
To support employee well-being, the Company consistently implements Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies to improve physical and mental conditions across all types of work, prevent work-related accidents, protect workers from health risks, and ensure a safe and suitable work environment for both physiological and psychological needs. The aim is to align jobs with workers and tasks with people.
Health
The Company maintains a consistent commitment to implementing OHS policies aimed at improving physical and mental health in all types of work and preventing workplace accidents. Efforts include improving company hygiene, occupational health, ergonomics, nutrition, and preventing occupational poisoning and diseases to ensure smooth production processes and enhance efficiency and productivity.
Safety
Based on Law No. 1 of 1970 on Occupational Safety, the objective of OHS related to machinery, equipment, workspaces, and work environments is to prevent workplace accidents and illnesses, protect production resources, and improve efficiency and productivity.
Through its K3 Team under the coordination of the Health and Safety Management Representative (HMR) and in synergy with the Occupational Health and Safety Steering Committee (P2K3), the Company has implemented an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3), monitoring and evaluating operational risk factors and ensuring compliance with applicable OHS regulations.
Blood Donation
The Company collaborates with the Jakarta Health Department and the Indonesian Red Cross (Jakarta Timur) to regularly organize blood donation drives to help provide blood for those in need. These events are open to all employees and aim not only to maintain the national blood supply but also to raise awareness about the importance of sharing, especially in life-saving matters. Donors undergo a basic health check before donation, making the activity also a preventive health measure.
Environmental Conservation
The Company undertakes systematic efforts to preserve the environment and prevent pollution and environmental degradation. These efforts serve as a form of protection through the management and monitoring of environmental aspects, including planning, utilization, control, maintenance, supervision, and law enforcement.
The actions carried out by the Company in implementing environmental protection and management include managing environmental impacts such as waste segregation, collaborating with third parties for waste disposal, utilizing non-hazardous solid waste, and monitoring environmental impacts or quality through external laboratories. This includes assessments of ambient air quality, noise levels, odors, wastewater, emission sources, and other necessary measurements. The Company also reports its environmental management and monitoring activities to the relevant authorities, both online and through documentation.

Vaccination Program
The Company supports the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation No. 10 of 2021 on the Mutual Cooperation Vaccination Program (VGR), which provides free COVID-19 vaccines fully funded by the Company for employees, their families, and local communities.
Community Empowerment
To empower communities around the factory, the Company has conducted activities in the fields of education and health, such as entrepreneurship training and supporting local health posts (Posyandu).
These efforts align with the Company's commitment to reducing the impact of its business operations on surrounding communities while fostering sustainable livelihoods.
